Simple Pricing
$1.50/Door*
Our fees are charged on a per door basis for the Associations under management. The charges are per door at: ($1.50)/Door per Month.
(*Minimum Fee is $300) per HOA Management company).· Accounts Payable fees are charged at: ($ 1.25) per payment or Invoice and there is a ($75) Minimum per Month which includes up to (50) Payments/Invoices.
· Per door charge is calculated on the total number of doors under management on the 1st of the Month.
· Start up fees are part of the Monthly billing fees. If books are delinquent, there is a (1) month fee for the doors in that Association for every month delinquent. This is spelled out in the On-Boarding section of the agreement.
